Scott Buchanan Barden creates expressionist oil paintings using thick, bright colours. Many of his images depict scenes from Bristol, South west England and Bradford, West Yorkshire. These city-scapes, town or village-scapes are often from a birds eye perspective, looking down upon the buildings from above. Other images depict East Anglia, where Scott grew up, and northern Spain where Scott has travelled. These can also be seen in his online photograph album.
